摘要
目的:分析血尿酸(SUA)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平联合检测在2型糖尿病患者发生糖尿病肾病(DN)中的诊断效能。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年4月该院收治的110例2型糖尿病患者进行前瞻性研究,纳入观察组。另选取同期于本院行常规体检的110名健康人纳入对照组。检测两组SUA、CysC水平,统计2型糖尿病患者DN发生情况,比较发生DN患者与未发生DN患者的SUA、CysC水平,并绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC),分析SUA、CysC水平单项及联合检测在2型糖尿病患者发生DN中的诊断效能。结果:观察组SUA、CysC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生DN患者SUA、CysC水平均高于未发生DN患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,SUA、CysC水平单项及联合检测诊断2型糖尿病患者发生DN的曲线下面积分别为0.809、0.804、0.882,均有一定诊断效能,且联合检测的诊断效能高于二者单项检测。结论:SUA、CysC水平联合检测诊断2型糖尿病患者发生DN的效能高于二者单项检测。
Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum uric acid(SUA) and cystatin C(CysC) levels in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN) in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:110 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from April 2022to April 2023 were selected for the prospective study and included in the observation group.In addition,110 healthy people who underwent routine physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of SUA and CysC in the two groups were detected.The occurrence of DN in patients with type 2 diabetes was statistically analyzed.The levels of SUA and CysC in the patients with DN and those without DN were compared.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) was drawn to analyze the efficiencies of single and combined detection of SUA and CysC levels in the diagnosis of DN.Results:The levels of SUA and CysC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SUA and CysC in the patients with DN were higher than those in the patients without DN,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the areas under the curve of single SUA level detection,single CysC level detection and combined detection in the diagnosis of DN in the patients with type 2 diabetes were 0.809,0.804 and 0.882,separately,which had certain diagnostic efficiency,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of SUA and CysC levels in the diagnosis of DN in the patients with type 2 diabetes is higher than that of single detection.
