延川县黄土高原山地可持续蚕桑发展的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Sustainable Sericulture Development in the Loess Plateau Mountains of Yanchuan County

延川县是革命老区县,是延安革命圣地的重要组成部分,有悠久的历史和光荣的革命传统。延川有栽桑养蚕的历史,在巩固脱贫攻坚成果,助力乡村振兴的新阶段,蚕桑又发挥了农业经济新增长点的作用。为给弱产业村留守劳动力带来增加收入,延川县里利用退耕还林中存在的荒芜土地种植桑树。延川有得天独厚的地理气候条件,具备生产优质蚕茧的基本要素,为了保证延川蚕桑健康发展,县政府统一思想,在政策上给予支持。同时通过加强产学研合作,密切联系相关高校与科研院所;拓展产业链,引入企业,合作创建自己的蚕丝品牌;建设智慧蚕桑,做到桑园管理可控,养蚕过程病害最小化;统筹管理,严控蚕种与蚕药来源,从源头上杜绝蚕病,以集体+农户、企业联系集体的方式调控蚕桑市场来做到延川蚕桑的可持续发展。

Yanchuan County is an important part of the Yan'an Revolutionary Holy Land with a long history and glorious revolutionary traditions.Yanchuan has a history of planting mulberry and raising silkworms.Now sericulture plays a role in agricultural economy growth again for helping rural revitalization.In order to increase income of elder labors in villages,government planted mulberry trees on the wasteland of loess plateau in the process of grain for green.The geographical and climatic conditions of Yanchuan is best for sericulture and high quality cocoons.For the sustainable development of sericulture in Yanchuan,local government adopted measures as below:providing government financial support for new mulberry field,joint cooperation with universities and research institutes;introduction silk industries for creating own brand,building smart sericulture to achieve controllable management,government direction of the sources of silkworm eggs and silkworm medicine and joint regulation of the cocoon market by enterprises and governments.
