摘要
为解决科考表层海水采水系统存在的污损积垢问题,对常规采水系统的设计缺陷进行分析,并从管道绝热隔温、采水口布置选点、全管路可循环流通设计,以及增加自动控制系统等4个方面提出优化方案。研究成果可为海洋科考船表层科考海水采水系统设计提供一定参考。
To solve the problem of fouling and scaling of scientific surface seawater system,the design defects of conventional extraction systems are analyzed,and optimization solutions are proposed from four aspects:pipeline insulation and temperature isolation,selection of extraction outlet layout points,design of full pipeline circulation,and addition of automatic control system.The research results can provide some references for the design of scientific surface seawater system for marine research vessels.
