云南某低品位含泥氧化锌矿浮选试验研究

摘要 云南思茅某低品位氧化锌原矿中含锌5.60%,具有综合回收的价值,但是对于低品位氧化锌矿的选别流程一直缺乏系统的实验研究,且原矿中含泥量大导致锌的回收难度较高。为了提高原矿的回收效果,探究选别方法对于氧化锌矿浮选的影响,试验使用硫化钠对氧化锌表面进行硫化,十八胺作为捕收剂,六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,2号油为起泡剂,利用洗矿和摇床预先选别对矿样进行脱泥处理。洗矿后获得精矿品位24.76%,回收率为64.50%;经过摇床分选改善后,锌精矿品位为23.80%,回收率为76.34%,且尾矿品位降低至2.90%,浮选效果得到了提高。 The low-grade zinc oxide ore from Simao,Yunnan,contains 5.60%zinc and has value for comprehensive recovery.However,there has been a lack of systematic experimental research on the beneficiation process of low-grade zinc oxide ore,and the high sludge content in the ore makes zinc recovery difficult.In order to improve the recovery effect of the ore and explore the impact of beneficiation methods on zinc oxide flotation,sodium sulfide was used to sulfide the surface of zinc oxide,dodecylamine was used as the collector,sodium hexametaphosphate was used as the dispersant,and 2# oil was used as the foaming agent.The ore samples were pre-treated by washing and shaking table for desliming.After washing,the concentrate grade was 24.76% with a recovery rate of 64.50%.After improved shaking table separation,the zinc concentrate grade was 23.80% with a recovery rate of 76.34%,and the tailings grade was reduced to 2.9%.The flotation effect was improved.
