乙酸铵交换法测定中性、酸性土壤交换性盐基组成的浸提方法改良

Determination of Neutral and Acid by Ammonium Acetate Exchange Method Improvement of Extraction Method for Soil Exchangeable Base Composition

摘要 本文对乙酸铵交换法测定中性、酸性土壤交换性盐基组成的搅拌方法进行研究。对比传统带橡皮头的玻璃棒搅拌方法、涡旋搅拌方法和改良后搅拌方法对测定结果的影响,从而确定改良后浸提的方法耗时较短、效率高,精密度好,准确度高,是实验结果可靠的浸提前处理方法。 This paper investigates the stirring methods for the determination of exchangeable salt base composition in neutral and acidic soils using the ammonium acetate exchange method.By comparing the traditional method with a rubber-headed glass rod,the vortex stirring method,and the improved stirring method,the impact on the determination results is analyzed.Consequently,the improved method is confirmed to have a shorter extraction time,higher efficiency,better precision,higher accuracy,and more reliable experimental results,making it a superior pretreatment method for extraction.
