新工科背景下创新人才培养的课程改革探索——以高分子专业实验设计为例

摘要 实验教学作为高校教学工作中的重要模块,是培养高素质复合人才重要的实践环节。随着工业化进程及生态环境的变化,有机污染物造成的水污染已经成为亟待解决的问题。针对污染水净化需求,在《高分子专业实验》中新增相关实际问题的实验教学工作,使实验课程教学与现实问题的解决同频共振。本文设计并制备了一种对污染物孔雀石绿有良好吸附性能的芳纶纳米纤维基气凝胶。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等设备对其微观形貌、结构组成进行了表征分析及吸附性能评价。该实验覆盖高分子化学、结构化学、仪器分析、光谱学等众多学科,涉及纳米气凝胶材料制备、结构表征、性能测试等诸多环节。该综合实验的设计有利于加强学生对专业知识的理解,提高学生查阅文献及动手操作能力,培养学生的环保意识,在新工科的教育背景下,助力创新人才综合素质的培养。 Experimental teaching,as an important module in the teaching work of universities,is an important practical link in cultivating high-quality composite talents.With the process of industrialization and changes in the ecological environment,water pollution caused by organic pollutants has become an urgent problem to be solved.In response to the demand for polluted water purification,experimental teaching related to practical problems has been added to the“Polymer Professional Experiment”,making the experimental course teaching resonate with the solution of practical problems.In this paper,a kind of aramid nanofiber based aerogel with good adsorption performance for malachite green was designed and prepared.The microstructure,structural composition,and adsorption performance were characterized and analyzed using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and other equipment.The experiment covers the interdisciplinary areas of polymer chemistry,structural chemistry,instrumental analysis,spectroscopy,etc.,and involves many links such as the preparation of nano aerogel materials,structural characterization,performance testing,etc.The design of this comprehensive experiment is beneficial for students to strengthen their understanding of professional knowledge,improve their ability to consult literature and hands-on operations,cultivate their environmental awareness,and help cultivate the comprehensive quality of innovative talents in the context of new engineering education.
