摘要
针对钕铁硼脆性大、价格昂贵、不易切削加工的问题,提出了采用直写式3D打印方法制备钕铁硼。研究固含量及油酸分散剂对3D打印墨水的影响,发现墨水为90%磁粉,0.05mL油酸的黏度和稳定性最好。对挤出压力及打印速度进行研究,发现挤出压力为1kg/cm2,打印速度为30mm/s,打印的坯体成型较好,线条粗细均匀,长时间放置下未变形坍塌,成功制备出多种形状的钕铁硼磁体。研究发现120℃固化5h后的3D打印钕铁硼磁体依然保持较高磁性能。本文为低温制备复杂形状钕铁硼提供新途径,具有广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of NdFeB,which are brittle,expensive and not easy to be cut and processed,the preparation of NdFeB by direct-write 3D printing method is proposed.The effect of NdFeB solid content and oleic acid dispersant on 3D printing ink was studied.It was found that the ink was 90% magnetic powder,and 0.05 mL oleic acid had the best viscosity and stability.The extrusion pressure and printing speed were studied,and it was found that the extrusion pressure was 1 kg/cm2,the printing speed was 30 mm/s,and the printed billet was better,the line thickness was uniform,and the deformation and collapse were not deformed under long-term placement,and a variety of shapes NdFeB magnets were successfully prepared.It was found that the 3D printed NdFeB magnet still maintained high magnetic properties after curing at 120℃for 5 h.This paper provides a new way for the preparation of complex NdFeB at low temperature and has a wide application prospect.
