下颌后牙区牙源性透明细胞癌1例报告及文献复习

Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma in the posterior mandibular region:a case report and literature review

牙源性透明细胞癌(clear cell odontogenic carcinoma,CCOC)是一种罕见的牙源性上皮恶性肿瘤,术前通过临床表现和影像学表现很难准确诊断,单纯切除可复发、颈淋巴结转移及远处转移甚至死亡。本文报告1例下颌骨后牙区牙源性透明细胞癌患者的诊疗过程,并结合文献进行相关讨论。

[Summary]Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma(CCOC)is a rare odontogenic epithelial carcinoma,which is difficult to be accurately diagnosed by clinical and imaging manifestations before surgery.Simple resection may result in recurrence,cervical lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and even death.This paper reported the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with clear cell odontogenic carcinoma in the posterior dental region of the mandible and the disease was discussed based on literature.
