三轴机床几何误差多边测量与非冗余无约束辨识

Multilateration Measurement and Unconstrained&Non⁃redundant Identification of Geometric Errors in Three⁃axis Machine Tools

摘要 数控机床几何误差的测量与辨识是其精度提升的基础,而采用激光跟踪干涉仪的几何误差多边测量与辨识方法由于其高效、便捷的优势获得了广泛关注。提出一种基于多边测量的三轴机床几何误差非冗余无约束辨识方法,借助过渡坐标系和中间物理量,完全避免了冗余待辨识参数以及附加约束。与现有辨识方法相比,所提方法具有求解稳定性好、计算复杂度低的优点。实验结果表明,所提方法可完整、准确的辨识出三轴机床所有21项几何误差。 The measurement and identification of geometric errors in machine tools are the foundation for improving their accuracy.The method of measuring and identifying geometric errors using tracking interferometers has received significant attention due to its efficiency and convenience.In this paper,a multilateration method for identifying geometric errors in 3⁃axis machine tools which is non⁃redundant and unconstrained is proposed.By employing intermediate coordinate systems and appropriate physical quantities,this method fully eliminates redundant parameters and additional constraints during the identification process.Compared with existing methods,this method offers advantages in terms of solution stability and computational efficiency.Experimental results demonstrate the comprehensive and accurate identification of all 21 geometric errors in the three⁃axis machine tool.
