熔融玄武岩抽丝连续自动上丝装置设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Continuous Automatic Wire Feeding Device for Molten Basalt Spinning

摘要 针对连续玄武岩纤维上丝需求,传统人工作业的方式,存在劳动强度大、危险性高等问题,研究设计一种自动上丝装置,对取丝模块的生头结构和绕丝模块的螺旋运动轨迹等参数进行理论分析以及对控制模块进行集成化处理,为本装置集成了无线信号传输和手动触发按键两种启动模式。最后试制了连续玄武岩纤维自动上丝装置样机,进行自动上丝试验,实验结果表明,本装置可在10 s内完成理论运动轨迹,并能够实现对连续玄武岩纤维稳定上丝的功能。研究结果可为各类纤维自动上丝装置的研发提供理论依据。 Aiming at the requirement of threading continuous basalt fiber,the traditional manual operation method has problems such as high labor intensity and high risk,an automatic threading device is studied and designed.Through theoretical analysis of structural and trajectorial parameters and the integrated processing of the control module,two start⁃up modes of wireless signal transmission and manual trigger button are available for this device.Finally,a prototype of the continuous basalt fiber automatic feeding device is trial⁃produced,and the automatic feeding test is carried out.The experimental results show that the device can complete the theoretical motion trajectory within 10 s,and can realize the function of stably feeding the continuous basalt fiber.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of various types of automatic fiber feeding devices.
