摘要
石化聚烯烃粉体静电放电对生产安全存在巨大威胁,其前沿研究瞄准点火的根源,致力于消除荷电粉体静电放电,对石化产业安全稳定生产具有重要意义。安全科学与工程专业在本科生的培养过程中,理论知识与学术研究前沿的融合,对于学生更好地理解理论基础、建立科研思维具有重要作用。本文以安全专业课程《电气安全》静电防护章节课堂教学为例,介绍聚烯烃静电放电防护技术研究前沿在教学中的融合探索。主要内容包括关键科学问题的提出、课堂案例学习和课堂反馈等。本课程教学模式的探索可为安全专业教学提供参考。
Electrostatic discharge of petrochemical polyolefin powder threatens production safety seriously.The frontier research focuses on the root cause of ignition and is committed to eliminating the electrostatic discharge of charged powder,which is of great significance to the safe and stable production of the petrochemical industry.In the training process of undergraduate students majoring in safety science and engineering,the integration of theoretical knowledge and academic research frontiers plays an important role in helping students better understand the theoretical foundation and establish scientific research thinking.This article takes the electrostatic protection chapter of the safety professional course“Electrical Safety”as an example to introduce the integration and exploration of the research frontiers of polyolefin electrostatic discharge protection technology in teaching.The main content includes raising key scientific issues,research case analysis and class feedback.The exploration of the teaching model of this course can provide a reference for safety professional teaching.
