加味小半夏汤颗粒剂的制备

摘要 为了摆脱当下以西药为主的抗晕动药物形式,大力弘扬发展中药古方,现今对古方小半夏汤进行剂型改变,制成方便服用的颗粒剂。通过加入天麻和添加辅料制备工艺的选择来增加药物作用疗效,本文对配方中药的提取工艺和制粒工艺进行水平因素验证并通过2020版《中华人民共和国药典》对成品颗粒剂进行检验得到最佳制备工艺。结果表明:以半夏、天麻、生姜为主要原材料(4∶3∶2),先进行1 h浸泡,再以7倍的水煎煮1次40 min。将滤液制成相对密度为1.05的清膏,加80%浓度的乙醇做润湿剂和可溶性淀粉做填充剂,与药物以1∶1.2比例混合制粒,即得加味小半夏汤颗粒。 In order to get rid of the current form of anti-motion sickness drugs dominated by western medicine,and vigorously promote the development of the ancient prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,the dosage form of the ancient prescription Xiao Pinellia decoction has been changed to make granules that are convenient to take.By adding Gastrodia elata and the choice of preparation technology of excipients to increase the curative effect of drugs,in this paper,the horizontal factors of the extraction process and granulation process of traditional Chinese medicine were verified,and the best preparation technology of finished granules was obtained by testing the finished granules in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China.The results showed that Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata and ginger were used as the main raw materials(4∶3∶2),soaked for 1 hour,and then decocted in 7 times water for 40 min.The filtrate was made into a clear paste with a relative density of 1.05,80%ethanol was added as a wetting agent and soluble starch as a filler,and the drug was mixed with a ratio of 1 to 1.2 to obtain modified Xiaobanxia decoction granules.
