摘要
分析了某危险废物综合处置和利用项目对不同来源乳化液废水集中处理项目的调试与实际运行情况,从乳化液废水来源、特性、预处理和生化处理等方面探讨了其处理效果及可行性,为同类项目或者乳化液废水源头减量技术的选取提供参考。对运行过程中出现的问题进行了总结和对策分析,采用物化+生化处理工艺可以实现不同来源乳化液废水集中处理的达标排放。
Through the analysis of hazardous waste comprehensive disposal and utilization of enterprises from different sources of concentrated emulsion wastewater treatment projects debugging and running status of production,from the emulsion waste water source,characteristics,pretreatment and biochemical treatment are discussed in aspects of its effectiveness and feasibility,for similar project or selection of source reduction technology to provide the reference.The problems in the process of operation are summarized and the countermeasures are analyzed.Finally,the centralized treatment of emulsion wastewater from different sources can be achieved through the physico-chemical+biochemical treatment system.
