摘要
全氟烷基和多氟烷基物质(PFASs)是一种合成的有机含氟化合物,以其优异的稳定性、疏水性和疏油性而闻名,因此被广泛应用于化工产业。由于其持久性、对地球生命的毒性、生物蓄积倾向以及对健康和生态的不利影响而备受关注。本研究选择了PFASs的典型化合物--全氟丁烷磺酸(PFBS),来研究anammox在长期暴露于不同浓度的PFBS时的反应。设置不同的PFBS浓度(200 ng/L、100μg/L、50 mg/L)对污泥的理化性质产生影响。结果表明,随着PFBS浓度的增加污泥絮体被破坏,代谢产物发生变化,甚至是导致微生物的死亡凋零。
Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)are synthetic organic fluorinated compounds known for their excellent stabilizing,hydrophobic and oleophobic properties,and are therefore widely used in the chemical industry.They are of great concern due to their persistence,toxicity to life on earth,tendency to bioaccumulate,and adverse health and ecological effects.In this study,perfluorobutanesulfonic acid(PFBS),a typical compound of PFASs,was chosen to study the response of anammox upon long-term exposure to different concentrations of PFBS.Different PFBS concentrations(200 ng/L,100μg/L,50 mg/L)were set to affect the physicochemical properties of sludge.The results showed that with the increase of PFBS concentration sludge flocs were destroyed and metabolites changed,even to the point of causing the death of microorganisms to wither away.
