智能变电站二次系统安全隔离策略研究

Research on security isolation strategy of secondary system in intelligent substation

针对传统隔离策略难以适用于智能变电站虚拟化配置的问题,提出了一种智能变电站的二次系统安全隔离策略。通过对SCD文件结构与各种隔离手段的分析,设计了一种可靠性评估方式。同时基于图信息技术生成安全隔离链路矩阵,采用边集数组存储虚回路信息,利用邻接矩阵实现对安全措施的分析与判断,从而获得可靠性较高的安全隔离措施。以ADPSS数字化系统为基础,对所提策略进行的实验论证结果表明,该策略的可靠性约为99.65%,且能将二次回路可视化,具有一定的工程意义。

Aiming at the problem that the traditional isolation strategy is difficult to be applied to the virtual configuration of intelligent substations,a security isolation strategy for the secondary system of intelligent substations is proposed in this paper.Through the analysis of SCD file structure and various isolation means,a reliability evaluation method is designed.At the same time,the security isolation link matrix is generated based on graph information technology,that is,the edge set array is used to store virtual loop information,and the adjacency matrix is used to analyze and judge security measures,so as to obtain high reliability security isolation measures.The experimental results of the proposed strategy based on ADPSS digital system show that the reliability of the strategy is about 99.65%,and the secondary circuit can be visualized,which has certain engineering significance.
