略谈锭子的维护保养

My Tentative View on the Maintenance of Spindle

为了延长锭子使用寿命,提高锭子运行稳定性,详述锭子的安装、调整、润滑、加油、清洗换油、配用经纱管等要求及操作要点,总结落纱方式及锭子日常管理方法。指出:选用优质锭子,保证安装调试定位准确、紧固可靠、不易走动,避免锭速差异过大,做好维护保养、正确选用润滑油、保证油位与油量、严防缺油运转,选择优质经纱管及合适的卷装容量、保证经纱管安装到位、应用新型集体落纱以及做好锭子日常管理维护等,均是用好锭、纺好纱的重点。

In order to prolong the service life and improve the running stability of spindle,the requirements and operation points of installation,adjustment,lubrication,oiling,cleaning and oil change,and using warp tube of spindle are described in detail,and the doffing methods and daily management methods of spindle are summarized.It is pointed out that the key points of use spindle well and spinning good yarn is to select high-quality spindle,ensure accurate installation,reliable fastening,difficult to move of debugging and positioning,avoid large spindle speed difference,maintain the correct selection of lubricating oil,ensure the oil level and oil amount,strictly prevent oil shortage operation,select high-quality warp tube and appropriate winding capacity,ensure the warp tube installation in place,apply new collective doffing and do daily management and maintenance of the spindle well,etc.
