光敏活性剂含量对PSPI薄膜性能的影响

摘要 为探究光敏活性剂对光敏聚酰亚胺(PSPI)薄膜性能的影响,以2,2-二(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(6FAP)、5-氨基-2-(4-氨基苯基)苯并咪唑(BIA)和3,3′,4,4′-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)为单体,合成聚酰亚胺低聚物,与聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEG400DA)、交联剂和光引发剂混合,涂膜光固化后得到PSPI薄膜,探究光敏活性剂PEG400DA含量对PSPI薄膜的热性能、亲水性能、力学性能、导电性能以及结构的影响。结果表明,制备出了含有聚酰亚胺特征峰的薄膜,随着PEG400DA含量增加,红外特征峰强度增强;PEG400DA质量分数为4%时,热稳定性最优,初始失重温度为343.12℃;随着PEG400DA含量增加,亲水性逐渐降低;拉伸强度会随着PEG400DA含量的增加而增大,但断裂伸长率在PEG400DA质量分数为6%时,达到最高值,为17.73%;随着电场强度的增大,PEG400DA含量越高,电导电流增大,当PEG400DA质量分数为8%时,导电性过强,失去使用价值。综合来看,光敏活性剂质量分数为6%时,PSPI薄膜的性能最优。 To investigate the effect of photosensitive activator on the performance of photosensitive polyimide(PSPI)film,polymide oligomers were synthesized by using 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane(6FAP),2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzimidazole(BIA),and 3,3',4,4'-diphenylketotetraacetic anhydride(BTDA)as monomers.The oligomer was mixed with polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEG400DA),crosslinking agent,and photoinitiator to obtain a PSPI after photocuring.The thermal properties of the PSPI film were investigated based on the content of the photosensitive active agent PEG400DA the influence of hydrophilicity,mechanical properties,conductivity,and structure.The results show that the prepared films contain poly‐imide characteristic peaks,and the intensity of the characteristic peak increases with the increase of PEG400DA content.When the PEG400DA content is 4 wt%,the thermal stability is optimal,and the initial weight loss temperature is 343.12℃.As the content of PEG400DA increases,the hydrophilicity gradually decreases.The tensile strength increases with the increase of PEG400DA content,but the elongation at break reaches its highest value at 17.73%when the PEG400DA content is 6 wt%.As the electric field intensity increases,the content of PEG400DA increases,and the conductivity current increases.When the mass fraction of PEG400DA is 8 wt%,the conductivity is too strong and it loses its practical value.Overall,when the mass fraction of photosensitizer is 6%,the performance of PSPI film is optimal.
