钢网架液压同步顶升技术及控制要点

摘要 钢网架同步顶升技术可以实现各种复杂环境下的施工要求,随着理论研究与工程应用的不断深入,同步顶升技术得到不断的完善与创新,并凭借其优点现在已广泛推广应用于多个工程中。本文总结现有同步顶升技术的关键设备与工艺流程,根据工程实际分析同步顶升目前所存在的端,并给出合理的解决办法,最后对顶升过程中顶升架、网架杆件、顶升点基础、网架顶升的同步性等关键控制要点进行总结梳理,为今后钢网架同步顶升施工提供一定的参考依据。 The synchronous lifting technology of steel grid can meet the construction requirements in various complex environments.With the deepening of theoretical research and engineering application,the synchronous lifting technology has been continuously improved and innovated,and has been widely used in many projects by virtue of its advantages.The key equipment and process flow of the existing synchronous lifting technology are summarized.According to the actual engineering analysis,the existing disadvantages of synchronous lifting are analyzed and reasonable solutions are given.Finally,the key control points such as the lifting frame,the grid member,the foundation of the lifting point and the synchronization of the grid lifting in the lifting process are summarized,which provides a certain reference for the future synchronous lifting construction of the steel grid.
