火灾后某空间网架分析与加固设计

Analysis and reinforcement design of a space grid after a fire

某剧场网架局部因火灾进行检测及加固,现场调查和检测后发现,过火区域网架存在防火涂料厚度不足、焊缝缺陷及杆件局部屈曲等问题。采用SAP2000软件验算该网架在既有状态下的承载力,针对变形过大的杆件进行更换处理,螺栓球节点与杆件之间连接采用丝杆一抱箍或粘贴碳纤维布进行加固。

Due to the fire,a theater grid needs to be tested and reinforced.After on-site investigation and inspection,it is found that the grid in the fire area has problems such as insufficient thickness of fire retardant paint,weld defects and local buckling of rods.SAP2000 software was used to check the bearing capacity of the grid in the existing state,and the rod with excessive deformation was replaced.The connection between the bolt ball node and the rod was reinforced by screw-hoop or carbon fiber cloth.
