以“发展性书目疗法”拓展高校图书馆阅读推广——兼述当代大学生“情绪困扰阅读疗愈”类书目内涵 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过阐述“发展性书目疗法”的基本理念,针对当代大学生常见易发的多种情绪困扰问题,重点推介有关专家在中外书林中遴选出来的“书方子”,以加强在校大学生个人情绪抚平管理及心理健康建设。进而呼吁高校图书馆集中采购中外“疗愈(治愈)系”读物,创意设立诸如“悦读吧”“忘忧书台”“暖心书屋”等名目的“情绪疗愈阅读空间”,优先培养具有心理学、教育学及阅读文化学等学识背景的专任馆员从事“疗愈(治愈)系”读物专题文库管理,以及“疗愈阅读空间”读者服务和参考咨询工作,借以深耕、拓展和创新大学生阅读推广工作,助力校园学风和精神文明建设。 This article elaborates on the basic principles of developmental bibliotherapy,focusing on various common emotional distress issues prevalent among contemporary college students.It highlights“book prescriptions”selected by experts from both domestic and international literature aimed at enhancing personal emotional management and mental health construction among college students.The article further calls for university libraries to acquire a range of domestic and international“healing”literature and creatively establish therapeutic reading spaces such as“Joyful Reading Bar”,“Worry-Free Reading Desk”,and“Heart-Warming Book House”.It emphasizes prioritizing the cultivation of librarians with backgrounds in psychology,education,and reading culture to manage the“healing”literature collections and provide therapeutic reading space services and reference consultations.This approach aims to deepen,expand,and innovate reading promotion among college students,thus contributing to the cultivation of academic culture and spiritual civilization on campus.
