积极老龄化背景下老年教育嵌入社区治理研究——基于南京老年开放大学系统机制建设实践 被引量:1

摘要 积极老龄化背景下推进老年教育嵌入社区治理具有重要意义。结合参与、健康、保障三个方面,论述南京老年开放大学系统机制建设对老年教育嵌入社区治理提供的保障和支持。针对南京老年开放大学社区教学点建设存在的问题,提出老年教育嵌入社区治理的对策与建议,主要有稳步扩大社区教学点建设的覆盖面、对已经设置的薄弱社区教学点加强指导和支持、完善制度体系、充分利用本土本社区特色历史文化、推进落实积极老龄化、完善南京老年开放大学全系统机制建设等。 Promoting the integration of elderly education into community governance is of great significance in the context of active aging.Based on aspects of participation,health,and security,this paper discusses how the system mechanism construction of Nanjing Open University for the Elderly provides guarantee and support for integrating elderly education into community governance.In response to the problems in the construction of community teaching sites of Nanjing Open University for the Elderly,strategies and suggestions are proposed for integrating elderly education into community governance.These include steadily expanding the coverage of community teaching sites,providing guidance and support to weak community teaching sites,improving the institutional system,fully utilizing historical and cultural characteristics of local communities,advancing the implementation of active aging,and enhancing the overall system mechanism construction of Nanjing Open University for the Elderly.
