乡村振兴是建设农业强国的基础性工程,必须落实规划、扎实推进。全面推进乡村振兴,必须通过建立和完善相关制度来推进深化改革,必须以实现农业、农村现代化为根本保障,其关键是激发乡村的内生动力。要确保不发生规模性返贫,抓好防止返贫监测,落实帮扶措施,增强内生动力,持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果。要提升乡村产业发展水平、乡村建设水平、乡村治理水平,强化农民增收举措,推进乡村全面振兴不断取得实质性进展、阶段性成果。

Rural revitalization is a basic project for building a strong agricultural country,we must implement the plan and make solid progress.It is necessary to ensure that large-scale poverty return does not occur,do a good job in monitoring the prevention of poverty return,implement support measures,strengthen internal impetus,and continue to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.And it has to raise the level of rural industrial development,rural construction and rural governance,amplify measures to increase farmers'incomes,and continue to make substantive progress and phased results in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
