教师教育德美融合育人体系的探索与实践——以嘉应学院为例

摘要 新形势下,地方新办本科院校教师教育面临校地协同、师范基本技能培养、实践平台建设、综合素养培养体系完善等诸多问题的挑战,成为制约高质量发展的瓶颈。通过探索建立“德美融合”育人理念,建构多维立体的美育课程体系,搭建协同育人平台,改善育人环境等,推动德育美育融入教学全过程,提高德美育人实效,提升师范生教师综合素质和职业核心素养,形成教师教育“德美融合”育人体系新模式。 Teacher education in newly upgraded local universities is facing many challenges under the new situation,such as school-local cooperation,the training of basic skills,the construction of practice platforms,and the perfection of the training system of comprehensive quality,etc.These hinder the high-quality development of universities.In order to promote the comprehensive quality and professional core quality of normal school teachers,a new model of“Moral and Aesthetic Integration”education system was built by integrating moral and aesthetic elements into education systems,constructing a multi-dimensional aesthetic education curriculum system,and building a platform of cooperative education,improving the educational environment,and so on.All reform measures promoted the integration of moral and aesthetic education into the whole teaching process and improved the actual effect of moral and aesthetic education..
