七星渠是宁夏中部干旱带经济社会发展的重要水源工程,为推进灌区水治理体系和治理能力现代化,通过对灌区工程运行现状的调查分析研究,找准问题症结,统筹建设需求,为现代化改造提供技术支撑,补齐工程短板,改善基础设施条件,消除病险隐患,完善量测水设施和自动化设备,提高灌区供水保障能力和信息化管理水平,推进灌区粮食安全和经济社会发展。

Qixing Canal is an important water source project for the economic and social development of the arid zone in central Ningxia.In order to promote the modernization of the water management system and management capacity in the irrigation area,through investigation and analysis of the current operation status of the irrigation area project,the crux of the problem is found,to coordinate construction needs,provide technical support for modernization and renovation,fill the gaps in the project,improve infrastructure conditions,eliminate hidden dangers,improve measuring water facilities and automation equipment,enhance the water supply guarantee capacity and information management level of the irrigation area,and promote food security and economic and social development in the irrigation area.
