浅埋软岩大跨度双线铁路隧道沉降控制技术研究

摘要 在浅埋软岩大跨度铁路隧道施工过程中,软岩大变形是尤为常见的现象,而其中沉降现象更为突出。如何降低沉降,减小其在隧道工程施工过程中的施工风险和维护成本,是尤为必要的。鉴于此,本文依托渝昆高铁山田隧道和华山松隧道3号横洞,开展隧道沉降变形控制技术研究,通过监测施作沉降控制措施前后隧道结构的沉降变形,分析了隧道沉降措施控制效果。结果表明:在施作沉降预控措施的里程段,沉降量远小于未采取措施的里程段。该结果验证了沉降处置措施的有效性,为高速铁路软弱围岩段隧道的安全施工提供了借鉴。 During the construction of shallow-buried soft rock large-span railway tunnels,large deformation of soft rock is a particularly common phenomenon,and settlement is even more prominent.It is particularly necessary to reduce settlement and minimize its construction risks and maintenance costs during the tunnel construction process.In view of this,this article relies on the Yukun high-speed railway Shantian Tunnel and Huashansong Tunnel No.3 horizontal tunnel to carry out research on tunnel settlement deformation control technology.By monitoring the settlement deformation of the tunnel structure before and after the implementation of settlement control measures,the control effect of tunnel settlement measures is analyzed.The results show that in the mileage section where the settlement pre-control measures are implemented,the settlement amount is much smaller than that in the mileage section without measures.This result verifies the effectiveness of the settlement disposal measures and provides a reference for the safe construction of tunnels in soft rock sections of high-speed railways.
