钻锚注一体机在红层泥岩隧道预应力锚杆施工中的试验应用

摘要 针对高速铁路隧道预应力锚杆施工,选用合适的施工设备、预应力锚杆及树脂药卷类型和施工方法,是保障高速铁路隧道施工安全和控制分险的关键。本文以成渝中线高速铁路中梁山红层泥岩隧道预应力锚杆施工为工程案例,从钻锚注一体机的设备选型、预应力施工方法、锚杆选型,进行了现场施工可行性分析,总结出了高铁隧道钻锚注一体机施工红层泥岩隧道预应力锚杆的施工工艺。 In view of the construction of prestressed anchor rod in high-speed railway tunnel,the selection of suitable construction equipment,prestressed anchor rod and resin coil type and construction method is the key to ensure the construction safety and control of high-speed railway tunnel.This paper takes the construction of prestressed rock bolt in Zhongliangshan red layer mudstone tunnel of Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line high-speed railway as an engineering case,analyzes the feasibility of site construction from the equipment selection,prestressed construction method and bolt selection of the integrated drilling and anchoring machine,and summarizes the construction technology of the prestressed rock bolt in the red layer mudstone tunnel of the integrated drilling and anchoring machine of high-speed railway tunnel.
