土地流出对农村老年人健康水平的影响研究

Effect of Land Outflow on Health Level of Rural Elderly

基于2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据,运用Ologit回归模型,实证检验土地流出是否显著改善了农村老年人的健康水平及其对健康影响的作用路径。结果显示:(1)土地流出对农村老年人身体健康有正向促进作用,但对其心理健康有消极影响。(2)子女经济支持在土地流出对老年人身体健康的影响机制中发挥了完全中介效应,对老年人心理健康的中介效应有显著负作用。(3)异质性分析结果表明,土地流出对老年人的健康影响存在区域性差异,对东部地区农村老年人健康的积极作用更为明显。因此,应进一步规范土地流出制度,加大对土地流出市场的培育和完善;建立健全社会保障体系和养老保障制度;加大对公共医疗资源的投入力度,重点关注老年人的身心健康,加强对老年人的情感关怀。

Based on the data of the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),this paper uses an orderly Ologit regression model to empirically test whether land outflow improves the health level of the rural elderly and the role path of its impact on health.The results show that:(1)land outflow has a positive impact on the physical health of the rural elderly,but it has a negative impact on their mental health.(2)Children’s financial support plays a complete mediation effect on the influence mechanism of land outflow on the physical health of the elderly,and has a significant negative effect on the mediating effect on the mental health.(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that there are significant differences in the eastern,central and western regions,and the positive effect on the health of the elderly in rural areas in the eastern region is more obvious.Therefore,we should further standardize the land outflow system,strengthen the cultivation and improvement of the land outflow market,establish and improve the social security system and the old-age security system,increase investment in public medical resources,focus on the physical and mental health of the elderly,and improve emotional care for the elderly.
