摘要
为了研究纳米ZnO与SBR对乳化沥青的复合改性效果和路用性能,开展了纳米ZnO/SBR复合改性乳化沥青的性能表征与评价工作,研究纳米ZnO掺量对乳化沥青以及微表处混合料路用性能的影响。研究表明,纳米ZnO对乳化沥青的流体特征(粒度、模量等)产生了明显影响,纳米ZnO掺量为2%、3%时提高了残留物的软化点、不可回复柔量和SPG等级等高温性能;纳米ZnO掺量为0~3%时,乳化沥青的高温等级均能达到SPG70。纳米ZnO改性乳化沥青应用于微表处混合料时,表现出破乳速度快、混合料早期强度高的特点;当纳米ZnO掺量大于2%后,乳化沥青稀浆料的工作性下降,破乳无法控制。
In order to study the composite modification effect and road performance of nano-ZnO and SBR on emulsified asphalt,the paper carried out the performance characterization and evaluation of nano-ZnO/SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt,and studied the effect of nano-ZnO particles on the road performance of emulsified asphalt and micro-surfacing mixture.The research shows that nano-ZnO has a significant impact on the fluid characteristics(particle size,modulus,etc.)of emulsified asphalt.When the nano-ZnO content is 2%and 3%,it improves the high-temperature performance indicators such as softening point,non-recoverable flexibility and SPG grade of residue.Within the range of 0~3%content,the high temperature grade of emulsified asphalt can reach SPG70.When the nano-modified emulsified asphalt is applied to micro-surfacing mixture,it shows fast demulsification speed and high early strength of mixture.When the nano-ZnO content is more than 2%,the workability of emulsified asphalt slurry decreases and demulsification cannot be controlled.
