近年来,区块链技术的检察应用日渐兴起。目前我国区块链技术的检察应用主要集中于司法办案中电子数据的取证和存证、非羁押人员数字监控、社区矫正、未成年人帮教、数据流通与案件协同办理等多个场景,可发挥提升证据效力、规范诉讼程序、节约司法资源、推动司法理念革新、促进检察监督质效提升、提高检察公共服务群众满意度、打破政法机关之间信息壁垒、助推司法协同高效流畅等积极效果。区块链技术的检察应用实践呈现出实用性、创新性与碎片化等特征。未来区块链技术的检察应用发展前景广阔,将在条件成熟时统一设计与规划全国范围内的应用、进一步拓展应用场景、由政法部门共商应用设计、研发与适用。

In recent years,the prosecutorial applications of blockchain technology have been on the rise.Currently,in China,the prosecutorial applications of blockchain technology mainly encompass various scenarios,including the collection and preservation of electronic evidence in judicial cases,digital monitoring of non-detained individuals,community corrections,juvenile guidance,data sharing,and collaborative case handling.These applications have the potential to enhance the effectiveness of evidence,standardize legal proceedings,conserve judicial resources,promote judicial innovation,improve the quality and efficiency of prosecutorial supervision,enhance public satisfaction with prosecutorial services,break down information barriers between political and legal organs,and facilitate efficient and seamless judicial cooperation.Though it is characterized by practicality,innovation,and fragmentation,the future prospects for the development of prosecutorial applications of blockchain technology are promising.When conditions are ripe,it is advisable to design and plan nationwide applications,further expand application scenarios,and collaborate on application design,development,and implementation among political and legal organs.
