社区活力导向下的城市工业遗产改造利用研究--以重庆市二十四兵工厂为例

The Transformation and Utilization of Urban Industrial Heritage Under the Guidance of Community Vitality:A Case of the 24th Arsenal in Chongqing

城市更新进程中,我国城市工业遗产逐步重获新生。社区参与下的工业遗产是可持续发展和活化利用的重要内容。该文以重庆市兵工署第二十四兵工厂的改造为范例,以社区活力为导向,从社区商业活力和社区文化活力两个方面挖掘社区活力与遗产的关联性,从而延伸出社群介入下“物质空间需求”“社群互动交往”“场所精神构建”三大空间体系架构,提出工业遗产改造利用策略,同时为实现重庆现存工业遗产由单社区参与试点到多片区扩展利用提供一种思路。

In the process of urban renewal,China's urban industrial heritage has gradually regained.Industrial heritage with community participation is an important element of sustainable development and revitalization.Choosing the transformation of the 24th Arsenal of Chongqing as the example,we explore the correlation between community vitality and heritage from two aspects of community commercial vitality and community cultural vitality,so as to extend three spatial system architectures of"material space demand","community interaction and communication"and"place spirit construction"under community intervention.Then we put forward the strategy of industrial heritage transformation and utilization,as well as provide an idea for realizing the existing industrial heritage in Chongqing from single-community participation pilot to multi-area expansion and utilization.
