摘要
粮用豇豆营养价值丰富,是一种典型的医食两用食品,具有用途广泛、易栽培等优点。发展粮用豇豆的经济价值,对于提高农民收入、提高农业产值具有重要意义。该文从豇豆的生长特点、营养成分、用途和栽培技术等方面作出总结,以期为粮用豇豆的深入研究提供参考。
Grain cowpea is rich in nutritional value.It is a typical dual-purpose food for medicine and food.It has the advantages of wide use and easy cultivation.Developing the economic value of grain cowpea is of great significance for increasing farmers‘income and increasing agricultural output value.In this paper,the growth characteristics,nutritional components,application and cultivation techniques of cowpea were summarized,in order to provide reference for the in-depth study of grain cowpea.
