摘要
“农业4.0”和新农科建设对传统农学专业人才培养提出了新的挑战。农业智能化时代需要大量既懂现代农业知识和技术,又具有农业智能化、数字化知识和跨学科学习和创新能力的人才,而传统农学专业人才培养不能满足这类人才需求。文中分析了传统农学专业创新型人才培养存在的问题,从课程思政、课程内容、实践教学基地、师资队伍建设方面,探析了创新型人才培养模式改革途径,为培养更多乡村振兴创新型人才提供有力支撑。
"Agriculture 4.0"and the construction of new agrotechnology have posed new challenges to the talents cultivation of traditional agronomy.In the era of agricultural intelligence,a large number of talents who understand modern agricultural knowledge and technology,but also have agricultural intelligence,digital knowledge and interdisciplinary learning and innovation capabilities are needed.However,the training mode of traditional agronomy cannot meet the needs of such talents.The problems existing in the training mode of traditional agronomy were analyzed,and the reform approach of innovative talent training mode was explored from the aspects of course ideological and political,course content,practical teaching base,and faculty construction,so as to provide strong support for training more innovative talents for rural revitalization.
