数字化、乡村性与主体性:数字经济时代乡村发展的三重面向

Digitalization,Rurality and Subjectivity:Three Orientations of Rural Development in the Era of Digital Economy

数字乡村建设是数字经济时代乡村发展的重要路径,数字乡村对于推动乡村振兴和数字中国建设意义重大。从数字化、乡村性与主体性出发,首先对乡村数字化进行阐释,引出数字化过程中可能会存在的主体性缺失和乡村性消失问题。在此基础上,提出实现数字化与保护农民主体性和保持乡村性的解决之道。研究发现,“底座不稳”与应用场景狭窄、“数字文盲”和“数字弱者”、资源破坏与文化失语是数字经济时代乡村发展面临的主要挑战。解决之道在于:让技术有为建设乡村新型数字基础设施体系,推进乡村治理的数字化;让农民“在场”,为农民提供数字教育支持,引导农民的数字生活;保持乡村底色,保护乡村性要素。

The construction of digital villages is an important path for the development of rural areas in the era of digital economy.The digital villages are of great significance to promoting rural revitalization and constructing digital China.The digitalization of villages has been elucidated first;the lack of possibly-existing subjectivity and the dissappearance of rurality that may exist in the process of digitalization have been elicited with the digitalization,rurality and subjectivity.On this basis,the solutions to realizing digitalization,protecting farmers’subjectivity and maintaining rurality.The present study has found that“unstable base”and narrow application scenarios,“digital illiteracy”and“the digitally weak”,resource destruction and cultural aphasia are the main challenges that the rural development faces in the digital economy era.The solutions lie in making technology accomplished,building a new rural digital infrastructure system,promoting the digitization of the rural economy as soon as possible to promote the digitization of rural governance;allowing farmers to be“present”,providing farmers with digital educational support to guide farmers’digital life and protect the elements of rurality;maintain rural background,protect rural elements.
