基于文献分析的学术学位研究生教育评价研究:回顾与展望

摘要 研究生教育是国家发展、社会进步的重要基石。近年来,学术学位研究生教育评价研究逐渐成为国内外学者关注的焦点。本文构建“3W1H”分析框架,从学术学位研究生教育评价的动因、主体、对象和方法四个方面对CNKI数据库(2011-2022)的相关文献进行系统全面的归纳总结。评价动因主要包括教育评价的共同性动因和研究生教育评价的独特性动因;评价主体由政府、社会、高校共同组成,学生逐渐成为重要参与者;评价对象聚焦研究生教育投入、培养过程和产出三个方面;评价方法结构化为学校因素、教师因素和学生因素的相关工具与指标。在未来的研究中,建议加强学术学位研究生教育评价的理论基础和实证研究。 Postgraduate education serves as an important cornerstone of national development and so cial progress.Recently,the research on evaluation of Master’s education is becoming the focus of atten tion of scholars at home and abroad in recent years.By constructing“3W1H”analytical framework,this study combed and systematically summarized related literature in CNKI database from 2011-2022 from four aspects:the reasons,subjects,objects and approaches of evaluation concerning professional Mas ter’s education.Reasons mainly include common motives of educational evaluation and unique motives of postgraduate education evaluation.Subjects are composed of the government,society,and universities,with students gradually becoming important participants.Objects center on three aspects:investment,cultivation process and output of postgraduate education.Evaluation methods are structured as tools and indexes of school-related factors,teacher-related factors,and student-related indicators.In future re search,it is recommended to strengthen the theoretical basis and empirical research of academic Mas ter’s education.
