制造业企业资源结构对转型升级影响的实证检验

摘要 文章利用制造业上市公司样本数据,运用OLS、Sobel-Goodman与Bootstrap中介效应检验法等方法,基于新结构经济学等理论,从“企业资源-转型升级”结构匹配视角,检验制造业企业资源结构对转型升级的影响及作用路径。研究发现:企业财务资源结构升级、管理资源结构升级、创新资源结构升级和关系资源结构升级均可以通过优化结构匹配进而推动转型升级。其中,在创新资源结构对转型升级的影响机制中,结构匹配度发挥的中介效应最大;在管理资源结构对转型升级的影响机制中,结构匹配度存在遮掩效应。异质性分析表明,企业资源结构对转型升级的影响存在区域差异性。 This paper uses the sample data of listed manufacturing companies,employs OLS,Sobel-Goodman and Bootstrap mediating effect test methods,and bases itself on new structural economics and other theories to test the influence of manufacturing enterprise resource structure on transformation and upgrading and its action path from the perspective of“enterprise resource-transformation and upgrading”structure matching.The research findings are shown as below:The upgrading of financial resource structure,management resource structure,innovation resource structure and relationship resource structure can promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises by optimizing the structural matching.Among the influencing mechanisms of innovation resource structure upgrading on manufacturing transformation and upgrading,the coupling degree of structure plays the largest mediating effect.In the influence mechanism of management resource structure on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the coupling degree of structure has masking effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that there exist regional differences in the impact of enterprise resource structure on the transformation and upgrading.
