气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中6种有机氯农药

Determination of six organochlorine pesticides in soil by GC-MS

建立快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中七氯、艾氏剂、环氧七氯、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂和异狄氏剂酮的方法。6种有机氯农药在质量浓度5.00~250μg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,检出限为0.001~0.004mg·kg^(-1),三水平加标回收率范围为86.0%~105.5%,测试结果精密度范围为1.8%~4.8%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,测试准确,适用于土壤中痕量有机氯农药残留的监测。

A rapid solvent extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of heptachloride,aldrin,heptachloride epoxide,dieldrin,isodieldrin and isodieldrin ketone in soil was established.The linearity of the six organochlorine pesticides was good in the range of mass concentrations from 5.00 to 250μg·L^(-1).The detection limits were 0.001~0.004mg·kg^(-1).The recoveries ranged from 86.0%to 105.5%.The precision of the results ranged from 1.8%to 4.8%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the monitoring of trace organochlorine pesticide residues in soil.
