微波激活锂渣复合胶凝体系水化性能研究

摘要 为提高锂渣在水泥基材料中的利用率,对比了不同微波功率对锂渣火山灰活性的影响。结果表明,微波处理促进了锂渣中的石膏与锂辉石等矿物相的分解,提高了锂渣的火山灰活性,致使锂渣-水泥复合体系形成更多的水化产物。随着微波功率的增加,锂渣复合水泥水化第二放热峰提前出现,且峰值增加,水化放热总量也显著增加。相较原始锂渣,采用40%功率微波激活后的锂渣复合水泥胶砂3 d、7 d及28 d的抗压强度分别增加15.2%、5.0%、13.1%。 In order to improve the utilization rate of lithium slag in cement-based materials,effects of different microwave power on pozzolanic activity of lithium slag were investigated.The results showed that microwave treatment promoted the decomposition of gypsum and spodumene in the lithium slag improved the pozzolanic activity of the lithium slag,and more hydration products were formed in the lithium slag-cement composite system.With the increase of microwave power,the second heat release peak of lithium slag composite cement hydration appeared in advance,and the peak value increased,the total heat release from hydration also increased significantly.Compared with cement mortar incorporated with raw lithium slag,the compressive strength of lithium slag composite cement mortar activated by 40%power microwave increased by 15.2%,5.0%and 13.1%at 3 d,7 d and 28 d,respectively.
