基于新文科建设的高职英语教师“双师”素质能力提升路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 “新文科”建设背景下的英语教学要求教师具备跨学科知识,这与高职英语教育教学的特色及其对于英语教师专业能力的要求相契合,共同指向了英语教师“双师”素质与能力的建构。高职英语教师应该主动适应新时代外语学科发展的新要求,明晰新形势下自身专业发展的应然目标,从教育理念转变、学科知识建构、教学模式创新、教育技术提升等方面出发,全面提升自身的专业能力,为胜任新形势下的高职英语教学,精准对接行业需求,培养高水平、高层次的技术技能人才提供支持。 English teaching requires teachers to have interdisciplinary knowledge,which is consistent with the characteristics of higher vocational English education and its requirements for English teachers’professional ability,and points to the construction of English teachers’“Double-Qualified”quality and ability under the background of the construction of“New Liberal Arts”.English teachers should actively adapt to the new requirements of the development of foreign language disciplines in higher vocational colleges in the new era,clarify the proper goal of their own professional development under the new situation,and comprehensively improve their professional ability from the aspects of educational concept transformation,subject knowledge construction,teaching mode innovation and educational technology improvement,so as to provide support for English teaching in higher vocational colleges under the new situation,accurately meet the needs of the industry and cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents.
