The fundamental purpose and goal direction of ideological and political education for college students is to put people first,take students as the center and focus on meeting their development needs and value expectations.Ideological and political education workers should clarify and attach importance to the important significance of meeting the value expectations of college students in ideological and political education work,understand the basic characteristics of college students’value expectations,do a good job in meeting college students’value expectations,enhance the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,and better implement the fundamental task of moral education.
