职业教育产教融合协同创新模式研究

摘要 职业教育产教融合协同创新模式以需求驱动为基础,实现职业院校与企业的深度合作,提升人才培养的质量及适应性,推动产业发展与创新能力的提升。基于职业教育产教融合育人优势的分析,探究职业教育产教融合协同创新模式的内在逻辑,充分结合职业教育产教融合协同创新发展载体,解析产教融合协同创新模式的实现路径,提升职业教育以期产教融合育人培养的有效性。 The collaborative innovation model of production-education integration in vocational education is based on demand-driven,achieves the deep cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,improves the quality and adaptability of talent cultivation,and promotes industrial development and innovation ability.Based on the analysis of the advantages of production-education integration in vocational education,this paper explores the internal logic of the collaborative innovation model of production-education integration in vocational education,fully combines the development carrier of collaborative innovation of production-education integration in vocational education,analyzes the implementation path of the collaborative innovation model of production-education integration,and enhances the application effectiveness of production-education integration in vocational education.
