新课程改革作为现代教育发展的核心内容,本质是将教育从传统教学思维中解放出来,施行素质教育,提高学生的综合素质。高职院校在新时代背景下具有全新发展路径,这也使得高职学生凸显出全新时代特征。传统学生管理工作已经不能适应现代教育发展,需要高职院校通过优化管理理念,坚持以人为本;完善管理体系,强化学生能力;构建管理模式,搭建管理平台;组建管理队伍,提高管理水平等策略,推动学生管理工作创新,优化学生管理方法,保证学生管理工作有序开展。

As the core development content of the modern education system,the essence of the new curriculum reform is to liberate the education system from traditional teaching thinking,implement quality education,and improve the comprehensive quality of students.In the context of the new era,the development of higher vocational colleges presents a new path,which also makes higher vocational students highlight the characteristics of the new era.Traditional student management work can no longer adapt to the development of modern education.It is necessary to optimize management concepts and adhere to the people-oriented;improve management systems and strengthen students’abilities;build management models and build management platforms;form management teams and improve the management level,promote the innovation of student management work,optimize student management methods,and ensure the orderly implementation of student management work for higher vocational colleges.
