文化视角下职业院校职业伦理教育质量提升研究

Research on Improving the Quality of Professional Ethics Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Culture

摘要 职业伦理是评价特定职业领域人员行为道德属性和是非荣辱的基本行为准则。通过实证调研发现,职业伦理教育存在教育理念模糊、教育方式课程化、教育评价片面化、教育承担者单一化等问题。从文化视角出发,树立先进的学校职业伦理教育理念、开发多元化的职业伦理教育课程、发展以专业精神为核心的教师文化、打造职业学校职业伦理教育管理文化,可以有效提升职业院校职业伦理教育的质量。 Professional ethics is the basic code of conduct to evaluate the moral attributes and honor or disgrace of personnel in specific professional fields.Through empirical research,it is found that there are some problems in professional ethics education,such as vague educational concept,curriculum-based educational mode,one-sided educational evaluation and single educational undertaker.From the perspective of culture,it is necessary to effectively improve the quality of professional ethics education in vocational colleges by establishing advanced concept of professional ethics education in vocational colleges,developing diversified courses of professional ethics education,developing teacher culture with professionalism as the core,and creating a management culture of professional ethics education in vocational colleges.
