摘要
新兴的生成式人工智能,因其颠覆性的技术革新,运用大数据客观分析当前的中学课堂中法治素养培育存在的不足,可以精准定位人工智能与中学生法治素养培育的契合性,创新中学法治素养培育的课堂教学形式。智能技术的运用为加强中学课堂中法治素养的培育,进而落实全面依法治国提供了技术载体支撑与实践路径指向。基于此,围绕教师的法治教学模式的丰富化、教学资源的多样化,以及教学环境的智能化等,构建智能时代教师法治教育的创新发展路向,指向培养学生具有逻辑性思维、创造性思维与理智性思维的法治素养,进而厘清人工智能的发展对中学生法治素养培育的促进机制,探寻人工智能时代学生法治素养培育的本质所在。
Due to its disruptive technological innovation,the emerging generative artificial intelligence uses big data to objectively analyze the shortcomings of the cultivation of legal literacy in the current middle school classes,accurately locates the compatibility between artificial intelligence and the cultivation of legal literacy of middle school students,and innovate the classroom teaching form of the cultivation of legal literacy in middle schools.The application of intelligent technology provides technical support and practical guidance for strengthening the cultivation of legal literacy in middle schools and further comprehensively implementing the rule of law.This paper builds an innovative development direction of teachers’legal education in the intelligent era with the enrichment of legal teaching models of teachers,the diversification of teaching resources,and the intellectualization of teaching environment,aiming to cultivate students’legal literacy with logical thinking,creative thinking and rational thinking,and then clarifies the promotion mechanism of the development of artificial intelligence on the cultivation of legal literacy of middle school students to explore the essence of the cultivation of legal literacy of students in the era of artificial intelligence.
