摘要
本文研究了不同贮藏方式对千禧果保鲜效果的影响。以千禧果为实验对象,相同温度(4℃)条件下,将实验用千禧果分别放在气调保鲜箱贮藏(4%O2+2%CO_(2))、加乙烯吸收剂冷藏(5±0.5 g)、真空包装冷藏和普通冷藏四组不同环境中,并每隔3天对各实验组进行感官评价、硬度、失重率、色差和可溶性固形物等指标的测量。通过实验测量和结果分析得出,在4℃环境温度下贮藏12天后,采用气调保鲜库贮藏方式最佳,可有效延缓千禧果腐败,延长其货架期。
This study investigated the effects of different storage methods on the preservation of the millennium fruit.Using the millennium fruit as the experimental subject,the experiment involved placing the fruit under the same temperature(4℃)conditions.The fruit was stored in four different environments controlled atmosphere storage(4%O2+2%CO2),refrigeration with ethylene absorbent(5±0.5 g),vacuum packaging with refrigeration,and regular refrigeration.Every 3 days,sensory evaluations,hardness measurements,weight loss rates,color differences,and soluble solid content were conducted on each experimental group.Through experimental measurements and result analysis,it was concluded that storage in a controlled atmosphere storage facility at 4℃effectively slowed down the deterioration of millennium fruit quality and extended its shelf life after 12 days of storage.
