大型屠宰场综合运行能耗分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Operating Energy Consumption in Large Slaughterhouse Factories

本文针对某大型屠宰场实际生产中一年生猪屠宰量、分割量、水耗、电耗、蒸汽用量及天然气用量进行统计,并对制冷系统能耗进行分析。经过统计该屠宰场生猪屠宰量为2117头/天、分割量为1064头/天,水耗336公斤/头、电耗14.1 kWh/头、蒸汽用量9.97公斤/头、天然气用量0.07 m3/头。计算分析得出其制冷系统总用电量15524 kWh/d,占整个厂区总用电量58%。

This article conducts statistics on the annual slaughter volume,segmentation volume,water consumption,electricity consumption,steam consumption,and natural gas consumption of live pigs in a large-scale slaughterhouse,and analyzes the energy consumption of the refrigeration system.According to statistical,it can be concluded that the slaughter volume of live pigs is 2117 heads/day,the cutting volume is 1064 heads/day,the water consumption is 336 kg/head,the electricity consumption is 14.1 kWh/head,the steam consumption is 9.97 kg/head,and the natural gas consumption is 0.07 m3/head.The total electricity consumption of the refrigeration system is 15524 kWh/day,accounting for 58%of the total electricity consumption of the entire factory area.
