西部民族地区旅游产业韧性与高质量发展耦合协调研究

A Study on the Coupling and Coordination of Resilience Development and High Quality Development of Tourism Industry in Ethnic Regions of Western China

旅游产业韧性与高质量发展是旅游业持续发展的两个重要方面,探究二者关系对于地区旅游产业快速走上高质量发展道路具有重要意义。以西部民族地区7个省区为研究对象,运用熵值法对2012—2022年旅游产业韧性和高质量发展进行测度,通过耦合协调度模型、相对发展度以及灰色关联度等方法探究二者关系。结果表明:7省区旅游产业韧性与高质量发展水平总体呈现上升态势;耦合协调度呈现“西北低,西南高”的空间分异格局;耦合协调状态皆出现不同程度的提升、下降与回升,且在研究末期更多地表现为产业韧性受阻以及产业高质量发展滞后;旅游产业韧性与产业高质量发展两个系统各级指标的灰色关联系数都大于0.35,处于较好关联状态,其互动关系较为明显。论文的理论探讨和实证分析对旅游产业韧性与旅游高质量发展共进治理格局构建具有一定的启示意义。

Resilience and high-quality development of tourism industry are two important aspects of sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry,and it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the two for the regions as well as the country to embark on the road of high-quality development of tourism industry.The article takes seven provinces in the western ethnic region as the research object,uses the entropy value method to measure the resilience of the tourism industry and high-quality development from 2012-2022,and explores the relationship between the two through the coupling coordination degree model,relative development degree and grey correlation degree and other methods.The results show that:The toughness and high quality development level of the tourism industry in seven provinces in the western ethnic region are generally on the rise;The coupling coordination degree shows a spatial differentiation pattern of"low in the northwestern part of the country and high in the southwestern part of the country";The grey correlation coefficients of the indicators at all levels of the tourism industry resilience and high-quality development system are both greater than 0.35,indicating a good correlation,and the interaction between them is relatively obvious.The theoretical discussions and empirical analyses in this paper have certain significance for the construction of the governance pattern of tourism industry resilience and high-quality development.
