盆底肌功能锻炼前移渗透法联合肌电刺激预防盆底功能障碍的效果

摘要 目的:分析实施盆底肌功能锻炼前移渗透法联合肌电刺激预防盆底功能障碍的效果。方法:选取2023年1-6月惠州市第一妇幼保健院收诊的存在盆底功能障碍风险者60例,采用数字随机排列法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规盆底功能锻炼,观察组采取盆底肌功能锻炼前移渗透法联合肌电刺激治疗。比较两组盆底肌表达、盆底功能症状评分[盆腔脏器脱垂/尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12)、膀胱过度活动症评分问卷表(OABSS)、盆底肌功能检测表(POP-Q)]。结果:干预前,两组Ⅰ类肌纤维肌肌电压、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌肌电压、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组Ⅰ类肌纤维肌肌电压、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌肌电压升高,Ⅰ类肌纤维肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度水平降低,观察组Ⅰ类肌纤维肌肌电压、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌肌电压高于对照组,Ⅰ类肌纤维肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组PISQ-12、OABSS、POP-Q评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组PISQ-12、OABSS、POP-Q评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌功能锻炼前移渗透法联合电刺激方案可减少盆底肌功能损伤,促进盆底肌功能恢复。 Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing the pelvic floor muscle function exercise anterior transfer infiltration method combined with electromyographic stimulation to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:Sixty patients with risk of pel-vic floor dysfunction admitted to Huizhou First Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,each with thirty cases,by using the numerical randomization method.The control group adopted conventional pelvic floor functional exercise,and the observation group adopted pelvic floor muscle func-tional exercise anterior transfer infiltration method combined with electromyographic stimulation treatment.The pelvic floor mus-cle expression and pelvic floor function symptom scores[Pelvic Organ Prolapse/Urinary Incontinence Sexual Questionnaire(PISQ-12),Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS),and Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification(POP-Q)]were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of muscle voltage of classⅠmuscle fibers,muscle voltage of classⅡmuscle fibers,muscle fatigue of classⅠmuscle fibers,and fatigue of classⅡmuscle fibers between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,in both groups,class I muscle fiber muscle voltage,classⅡmuscle fiber muscle voltage increased,classⅠmuscle fiber muscle fatigue,classⅡmuscle fiber fatigue level decreased,and classⅠmuscle fiber muscle voltage,classⅡmuscle fiber muscle voltage in the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and classⅠmuscle fiber muscle fatigue,classⅡmuscle fiber fatigue level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the PISQ-12,OABSS,POP-Q scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the PISQ-12,OABSS,POP-Q scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anterior transfer infiltration method of pelvic floor muscle functional exercise com-bined with electromyographic stimulation program can reduce the pelvic floor muscle functional injury and promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function.
