妇产康复治疗仪在阴道自然分娩产妇产后康复中的应用价值

The Value of Application of Maternity Rehabilitation Therapeutic Instrument in Postpartum Rehabilitation of Women with Vaginal Natural Delivery

目的:探讨妇产康复治疗仪在阴道自然分娩产妇产后康复中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年8月-2023年8月沧州市献县人民医院进行阴道自然分娩的产妇86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组采用常规产后康复,研究组在对照组基础上采用妇产康复治疗仪。比较两组产后相关指标、盆底肌张力、并发症和临床疗效。结果:研究组住院时间、排气时间、泌乳时间及恶露排出时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压、阴道收缩持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压、阴道收缩持续时间升高,研究组阴道收缩压、阴道静息压、阴道收缩持续时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。研究组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:妇产康复治疗仪应用于阴道自然分娩产妇产后康复可有效缩短住院时间、排气、泌乳、恶露排出时间,促进盆底肌功能恢复,提高临床疗效,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the application value of maternity rehabilitation therapeutic instrument in postpartum rehabilita-tion of vaginal natural delivery women.Methods:Eighty-six cases of women who underwent vaginal natural delivery in Cangzhou Xianxian People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group of forty-three cases each according to the random number method.The control group used conventional postpartum rehabilitation,and the study group used the maternity rehabilitation therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of postpartum related indexes,pelvic floor muscle tone,complications and clinical efficacy.Results:The hospi-talization time,venting time,lactation time and discharge time of malignant dew of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,the comparison of vaginal systolic blood pressure,vaginal resting pressure,and vaginal contraction duration between the two groups showed no statistically significant dif-ference(P>0.05);after treatment,vaginal systolic pressure,vaginal resting pressure,vaginal contraction duration increased in both groups,and vaginal systolic pressure,vaginal resting pressure,vaginal contraction duration were higher in the study group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the study group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.010).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Conclusion:The application of maternity rehabilitation therapeutic instrument to postpartum rehabilitation of vaginal natural delivery mothers can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,the time of exhaustion,lactation,and the time of discharge of evil discharge,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the complications.
