基于新技术模式运用的同伴连带教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于新技术模式运用的同伴连带教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年5月常德市第一人民医院收治的糖尿病患者124例作为研究对象,按照红蓝双色球法随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组应用传统同伴连带教育模式进行干预,观察组应用基于新技术模式运用的同伴连带教育进行干预。比较两组干预前后血糖水平、糖尿病相关知识掌握程度、生活质量评分。结果:干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组基础知识、风险因素、饮食及运动调节、并发症预防评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组生理功能、心理/精神、社会关系、治疗评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者护理中应用基于新技术模式运用的同伴连带教育进行干预,可降低患者血糖水平,提高糖尿病相关知识掌握程度、生活质量。 Objective:To explore the application effect of peer association education based on the application of new technology model in the nursing of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty-four diabetic patients admitted to Changde First People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the red and blue two-color ball method,with sixty-two cases in each group.The traditional peer association education model was applied in the control group,and the peer association education based on the new technology model was applied in the observation group.The blood glucose level,diabetes-related knowledge and quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h post-prandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of basic knowledge,risk factors,di-et and exercise regulation and complication prevention in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the physiological function,psychological/spiritual,social relations and treatment scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of peer association education based on the application of new technology model in the nursing of diabetic patients can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the knowledge of diabetes and improve the quality of life.
