西药库存管理现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Western Medicine Inventory Management

目前医院西药库存管理存在缺少完善管理体系以及药物储存条件不达标等诸多问题,可以通过建立科学完善的管理规则,逐步优化患者的就医治疗条件,进一步降低医疗事故的发生概率。加强西药库存管理,提高医护人员和患者及家属的风险防范意识,对保障患者就医治疗期间的用药安全具有重要意义。该文通过总结西药库存管理中出现的问题、西药库存管理的对策,探索西药库管控的工作内容,以期促进医疗机构稳定发展。

At present,there are many problems in the inventory management of western medicine in hospitals,such as lack of per-fect management system and substandard drug storage conditions.Through the establishment of scientific and perfect management rules,gradually optimize the medical treatment conditions of patients,and further reduce the probability of medical accidents.It is of great significance to strengthen the management of western medicine inventory and improve the awareness of risk prevention of medical staff,patients and their families to ensure the safety of medication during medical treatment.By summarizing the prob-lems and countermeasures of western medicine inventory management,this paper explored the work content of western medicine inventory control,in order to promote the stable development of medical institutions.
